What happens during the study?

The study has a 28-day Screening Period, a Study Treatment Period, a Short-Term Follow-up Period and a Long-Term Follow-up Period.

You will be in the study for about 5 years. How long you take the study treatment depends on how your cancer responds to it and how your body handles any possible side-effects.

Screening Period

If you decide to take part in the study, some tests will be done to see if you are eligible to join.

Study Treatment Period

You have a two out if three chance of being assigned to the group that gets the study drug Xaluritamig. You have a one out of three chance of being assigned to the group that gets an existing treatment option. You or your study doctor cannot choose which group you are placed in. There is no placebo in this study.

Short-Term Follow-up Period

After you stop taking your assigned study treatment, the study doctor will give you a final check-up.

Long-Term Follow-up Period

A member of the study staff will continue to check in on you. You may be contacted by phone or asked to come in for check-ups or imaging scans.

What kind of health checks and tests can I expect?

While you are taking the study drug, you'll come to the study clinic regularly, at least every three weeks. The schedule of visits will depend on your assigned study treatment. At clinic visits, the study doctor will ask questions about your health, medicines and side-effects, and do some tests.

*Imaging scans will be done every 8 weeks for the first year, then every 12 weeks.
